The Junior Blazers volleyball program is designed to help students improve their volleyball skills, while meeting new people, playing games and having a blast. 2024 is our second year and we're growing! In 2023, we had 32 participants, but this year we will be capping the number of participants at 64 (double the amount from last year), hosting two different nights. This year, there will be sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, creating four teams of 8 on each night. Students will attend either Wednesday sessions OR Thursday sessions - they cannot attend both, or crossover in any way. Each team will be coached by senior student-athletes from Bayridge SS, who are all totally pumped to be part of this amazing program!
Wednesday sessions will occur in the Bayridge Secondary School gym starting Wed. April 3 and running until Wed. May 22.
Thursday sessions will occur in the Bayridge Secondary School gym starting Thurs. April 4 and running until Thurs. May 23.
Sessions will run from 5:30 to 7:00 and the cost is only $20 and participants will receive a T-shirt! That's a solid deal.
