Welcome to the Belleville Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic.
The Belleville Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (BNPLC) opened its doors in August 2010 to provide primary health care for unattached patients in Hastings, Lennox & Addington, Northumberland, and Prince Edward Counties. It is a non-profit organization that is governed by a Board of Directors, and funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
We deliver comprehensive, accessible, and patient-centered primary health care to people of all ages and health conditions. Team-based care is provided by an interprofessional collaboration of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social worker, pharmacist, dietitian, chiropractors, and administrative staff. Patients who are registered with the Belleville Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic can access its primary health care services.
Engaging patients as full partners in their care, along with an emphasis on well-being, health promotion, and disease prevention, are important aspects of the philosophy of the BNPLC.
