In celebration of the Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand 125th anniversary, we invite local industry community to come together for an insightful and informative discussion around sustainability and innovation from their own personal and professional experiences in the industry.

We are pleased to be in the presence of those with environmental expertise and be able to share thoughts with Le Cordon Bleu alumni and our wider network. As our climate changes – we must change too – in order to mitigate ongoing impacts to our environment, with the hospitality industry contributions, we can make positive changes and influence others to do the same.
