Hear Plague Years Channel Early Sepultura on New Ripper "Incantation"

A death thrash rager about "resurrecting the dead that were condemned by god"

Following in the stomping boot steps of early Sepultura, Sodom and Slayer, Michigan death thrashers Plague Years are quickly making a name for themselves. The quartet are eyeing September 18th for the release of their debut full-length, Circle of Darkness, which was helmed by engineer Arthur Rizk (Cavalera Conspiracy, Power Trip, Tomb Mold, Candy) and will be issued via eOne. (It's available for pre-order now.) Ahead of the big drop, the band has teamed with Revolver to unleash their latest ripper, "Incantation," a crossover rager readymade for diving off stages and smashing posers.

"This song is about resurrecting the dead that were condemned by god," Plague Years guitarist Eric Lauder tells us. "Corpses become masters of chaos, rising to become a part of hell's army to destroy their land and all things divine. This is one of the hardest and most aggressive songs on the record, relentless with its speed in the beginning and crushing heaviness at the end." Blast it above, and check out Circle of Darkness's cover art and track listing below.
