Walk or run for AMI

The race is now sold out! But you can still donate to the AMI team by clicking HERE. Thank you for your support!

We may still be able to obtain a registration for you–email info@amiquebec.org if you are interested.

AMI has partnered with the Banque Scotia Virtual Race this year. By signing up to walk or run with us, we will support you as you challenge yourself to go the distance that YOU choose! Imagine your sense of accomplishment as you work towards a goal. Because everything is virtual, you cannot be too slow or too awkward. Think of it as an investment in yourself.

By registering to walk or run, for the $50 registration fee, you will get some great virtual support and also some fantastic swag. You choose your own distance–5k, 10k, 21.1 k. There’s even a 1k for kids. You can walk or run and you can even break your distance up and make up your total on different days.

Plus: every registration gives AMI $5. You can also fundraise for us by asking your friends and family to support you (but this is NOT mandatory). Fun fact: having the support of the people around you dramatically increases your chances of sticking to a new healthy regimen! And if you choose to fundraise for AMI, and you raise more than $250, we will reimburse your registration fee!
