In the instrumental music program, students will join together to form musical ensembles exploring many different genres of music. In this program, students have the option of learning guitar, ukulele, flute, oboe, clarinet, trumpet, alto, tenor and baritone saxophone, trombone, baritone horn, French horn, tuba, bass guitar, and/or drum kit/percussion. Students will be given many opportunities to perform in our professional theatre as well. Future Career pathways will also be explored. With our connection to industry professionals as well as our modern programming, Instrumental Music students may begin paving their way to post-secondary music programs such as: Audio Engineer, Music Producer, Elementary and High School Music Teacher, Songwriting and Performance, Music Therapy, Studio Musician, Live Sound Engineer, Music Arranger, Composer for TV, Film and advertisement and so much more.
