The 33rd Jyväskylä Summer School 5 – 16 August 2024

The next Jyväskylä Summer School will be organized 5 – 16 August at the University of Jyväskylä. The application period for the Summer School is open from 1 March to 6 May 2024 (extended application deadline).

Jyväskylä Summer School - one of the largest and oldest summer schools in Finland - is organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Science and the Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Jyväskylä. 

The Summer School welcomes students from all around the world to learn from top-level scientists, expand their professional network and create new memories. 

For the students of the University of Jyväskylä, the Summer School offers a chance to take part in interesting summer courses and get international experience on their home campus.

Majority of the 33rd Jyväskylä Summer School courses fall under the following three themes:
Self-assembly in Biological and Molecular Materials
Circular Economy & Sustainability
Data Optimisation
