Pilates Strength & Tone: 6-weeks in-person Pilates small group program to strengthen, tone up your body, improve your core, and release tension or tightness with low/medium impact Pilates workouts.

Barre: 6-weeks in-person dynamic workout focused more on lower body strength, mobility, and balance followed up by a core or stretch routine.

Reformer Flow: Experience resistance training on a Pilates Reformer machine! Functional movement, better connection and engagement of various muscle group, also helps with strength, endurance and weight loss.

Mom & Baby Pilates: Gentle yet effective pilates workout focusing on strengthening pelvic floor, improving posture, improving core strength and helping the body to recover after pregnancy while engaging, connecting and having fun with your baby during the exercises.

Mat and Barre classes run as a 4 or 6 weeks program. Reformer groups are ongoing on a monthly membership plan.
