Early Childhood Educator and Child Care Worker Appreciation Day is coming up on October 21, 2021.

Families and children are encouraged to show appreciation for our Heroes in Early Learning in a meaningful way. Encourage your child to take the lead. There are a hundred ways to say thank you: drawings, sculpting, dramatic play, writing, painting, singing….

Running low on time? We’ve got you covered. TBDSSAB has created a few different options to make showing your appreciation as easy as possible.

Printed copies of the resources above can be picked up at licensed child care or EarlyON centres within the District of Thunder Bay (while quantities last). Feel free to pick and choose from the options provided, or get creative and think outside the box! The important thing is that you show your gratitude in your own super way.

Let’s spread the word about our Heroes in Early Learning!  Share your creations on social media using #HeroesInEarlyLearning and tag us @tbdssab

Show your appreciation for our #HeroesInEarlyLearning!
