This means a selection of products that make sense for your clients, today and tomorrow, and digital tools and processes that make it easier and faster for you and your clients to do business with us.

We continue to adapt by evolving our products and tools to stay in tune with our ever-changing environment. 

For example, everyone had to adapt quickly during the pandemic, and Manulife was no different. We accelerated our business in both the products we offered, such as coverage for COVID-19, and digital tools and processes to do business with us. We increased opportunities for you to do business with your clients and us, digitally and online, because of the need to physically distance and not conduct business in person. 

Digital tools designed to speak to each other so they auto-populate information, prompt you to provide necessary information, and allow for non-face-to-face interaction, to save you and your clients’ time. This is to help free up time for you to grow your business by taking on more clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Beyond our tools, we’re focused on offering products that deliver unique value in the market. Our Manulife Vitality program is a different approach to insurance that does just that. It’s designed to reward clients for making healthier choices, with the opportunity to earn gift cards, discounts, and potentially save on their premiums. What you can look forward to next

We’re evolving our digital tools and that means bringing more products to our go-forward digital illustration and application tools, Manulife Illustrations (sign in required) and Manulife E‑Application (sign in required). This year, more products will move over to these go-forward online tools, and we’ll continue to let you know when they do.
