Elections Messaging for the Community-Based Seniors Serving Sector (CBSS)

Healthy Aging Alberta and Edmonton Seniors Coordinating Council have been working with a communications firm, Berlin Communications, for the last few months. Leading up to the election, we will be rolling out some messaging that you can use to share the importance and need of the CBSS sector and resources for older Albertans. This messaging package will launch at the end of April across our platforms and Healthy Aging CORE Alberta and will give you the tools to promote a unified message through your networks and across the province. It will give you tools as an organization to share the importance of Community-Based Seniors Serving organizations and services, as well as give your clients some talking points to advocate.

On May 8 we will host an information session so you can learn more about the messaging package and how you can use it to promote the important work of our sector to candidates and across your platforms. Register for this session to learn more about the elections strategy, how you can use the messaging package to advocate for the Community-Based Seniors Serving sector, and discussing the importance of our collaborative work for older adults in Alberta with elections candidates, representatives, and community members.
