COMPLETE SCAM
I had a group ride of 5 people for no longer than 1hr, and instead of being charged the $0.35/minute & ($1.15) deposit. My account was charged a total of $280! And they don’t see a problem with that! After they promised me a partiel (not a full) refund of $63.70!
They are quick to turn off when detected in a red zone, but can’t detect when I’m far away. This app is really trying to feed off its consumers, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to use BIRD and use Neuron or Lime! Or just simply walk if possible because for $280 I would’ve just walked.
