It’s no surprise that many of us need a bit of extra support right now. That’s why we wanted to let you know about Bounce Back – a free program designed to help manage depression, anxiety, stress and worry.
This free program from the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Provincial Health Services Authority offers a variety of options for support that can be customized to fit your needs. You will have access to workbooks, activities, videos, or a trained coach who can provide up to 6 phone sessions.
