About Kelli

Kelli Paddon was elected MLA for Chilliwack-Kent in the 2020 provincial election. She is a member of the Legislative Review Committee, the Government Caucus Committee on Social Initiatives, the Select Standing Committee on Agriculture, Fish and Food, the Select Standing Committee on Education, the Select Standing Committee on Legislative Initiatives, the Select Standing Committee on Children and Youth, the Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

Prior to running for provincial office, Kelli dedicated her career to supporting families and people in the community living sector. Kelli served as a community support worker, youth employment counsellor, instructor, and a leader in policy and government relations for Community Living BC.  

She has also dedicated her time to volunteering in the community for local groups that support youth and victims of crime. 

Kelli is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive community where everyone is accepted and respected, and she is committed to amplifying the voices of those she serves. 

Kelli lives in Chilliwack with her husband and their two children.
