In-Store Pickup

You can avoid shipping fees by selecting free in-store pickup. After placing your order and selecting the in-store pickup option, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 8 to 36 business hours. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready, along with instructions. If you need to pick up your order sooner, please notify us in advance at 418-640-0001 / 1-877-236-5622 ext. 254 or through orders@benjo.ca.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as the store's opening hours. Please present your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a few hours to 2 business days upon receipt of your order confirmation email.
Please note that during peak holiday periods and on public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Also, please check your emails (including spam folders) as we will communicate with you if any items need to be replaced or canceled in your order, and the processing time may increase based on your response time.

You will also receive a new notification when your order has been shipped. The delivery time may vary depending on your region. According to our carrier's website (Canada Post), for deliveries in and around Quebec City during quiet periods, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. In other parts of Quebec, it ranges from 1 to 4 days, and for the rest of Canada during quiet periods, it is 2 to 8 days.
These delivery times are provided by our carrier, Canada Post. Please note that we are not responsible for any longer delays as the postal service is external and beyond our control. During the holiday season, when delivery volumes are significantly higher, please refer to the Canada Post website for revised delivery times.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for shipping fees. If you have your order delivered to an address in Quebec or Ontario, you can qualify for free shipping when your order subtotal (after discounts) reaches the threshold of $75*.
*Subject to change without notice. The prevailing threshold is displayed on the banner at the top of the Benjo website's homepage.

However, if your order contains heavy or oversized items that require a delivery surcharge (information visible on the product page), no free shipping promotion applies to these products. Additional charges of $20 per heavy or oversized item apply for deliveries in Quebec and Ontario, and $40 for deliveries elsewhere in Canada.

If you choose the option of in-store pickup, no fees will be charged. This option is always free.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Canada.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Log into your account on our website to view the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at commandes@benjo.ca, providing your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we accept deliveries to P.O. boxes, with possibility of verification.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition. You can return the item by mail (at your expense) or directly to the store. Please contact us first to get the complete instructions: orders@benjo.ca.

The refund will be processed to your card upon receipt of your package. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your card (processing times may vary depending on your financial institution).

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at orders@benjo.ca with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. If you need to return a broken item, we will cover the shipping costs.
