Support for Indigenous Participation
The Coastal Zone Canada 2023 conference hopes to attract significant interest and participation from Indigenous communities across the country. We have had many potential attendees reach out, asking about financial support to facilitate attendance. We are very pleased to announce that Naut’sa mawt Event Management, with support from the local organizing committee, has successfully applied for funding from Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada’s First Nation Adapt Program to support this outcome.

Indigenous people and/or employees of Indigenous governments, organizations and communities across Canada are eligible to be compensated for conference registration, travel, accommodation, food, and potentially other costs to attend CZC2023 in beautiful Victoria, B.C..  Funds are limited and compensation will be on a first-come first-served basis. If you have any questions about this funding opportunity, please email: events@nautsamawt.com
