Bob Prittie Metrotown Renovations are Complete
Construction has wrapped up at Bob Prittie Metrotown! Thank you for your patience while we completed our renovations through unexpected building issues and delays.
We’re excited to welcome you into the branch to experience our new spaces and features:
- Return items 24/7 at our external return station, to the right of the Civic Square library entrance. You can also return items using the internal return station, located in the first floor lobby during open hours. Our new automatic check-in system will automatically clear your returned items from your account.
- Our new lobby is open! Browse for books in our “grab and go” shelves, and relax in our new seating area.
- Computers, printers and scanning stations are now available on both the first and second floor of the library.
- Single-stall washrooms are now available on the second floor in addition to our updated washrooms on the first floor.
- Public meeting rooms and community rooms are available.
- Our Digital Studio is now open, including recording studios and Studio Station computers.
With our Digital Studio fully open, our branch renovations are now complete!
