Additional IELTS Test Report Forms for Recognising Organisations

Who can submit a request?

IELTS Test Report Forms (TRFs) can be sent to Recognising Organisations (RO) on your behalf. You need to meet the following criteria in order to qualify for this service:


How do we share your result?

  *Please submit your request well ahead of your deadline in order to allow enough      time for your TRF request to be processed. 


How much does it cost to share your IELTS result?

We charge a fee for processing TRF requests to POSTAL ROs only. TRF requests for ROs who are subscribed to our online IELTS verification service are free of charge.

Depending on how many postal ROs a candidate wishes to share their TRF with, a different fee will apply.

Each postal request will cost at least £10. Candidates will incur further fees if they wish to share their results with more than one postal RO, totalling £5 per additional RO.

For example, if you wish to share your result with three postal ROs, your request will cost £20 (£10 for the administration costs and first RO, £5 for the second RO and £5 for the third RO).

FAQs

I haven't received my original copy

If you haven’t received the original copy of your TRF, you will need to get in touch with the relevant partner team who managed your centre. This will either be the British Council, IDP or IELTS USA.

I've lost my TRF

We cannot replace lost TRF copies.

I cannot find my centre on the list/My centre is not permanently closed

If your centre is not listed below, that means they are still open or temporarily closed. If your centre is open or temporarily closed, and you have taken your test within the past two years, please do get in touch with the centre or the partner team that manages your centre. Please be aware that your centre may charge you an administration fee for this service. We will only be able to process your request if your test centre has now permanently closed.
