Cegep Champlain St. Lawrence is seeking the services of a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST for a full-time permanent position.
By working in the Human Resources Department, you will contribute to the development of the institution and participate in the achievement of its objectives.
Through your projects and your actions, you will support the fulfillment and commitment of your colleagues. Your participation will be essential in order to maintain a healthy, motivating, and collaborative work environment.
You will contribute to creating conditions to support the success of all staff members so that they, in turn, promote the success of our students.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
More specifically, the person will have to carry out the following tasks:
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of the College’s Human resources policies, regulations, and guidelines. Facilitate the communication of this information;
• Collaborate in all the human resources processes, especially in the recruitment process;
• Recommend the standards and procedures appropriate to the College’s needs and evaluate the results at the end of the exercise;
• Advise and assist management staff, collaborate with professional, support, and teaching staff ensuring compliance with current policies, regulations, and directives. Respond to requests for information from staff members and managers;
• Design statistical reports and analyzes files, contracts, agreements, and other documents, give opinions and make recommendations in order to make corrections and updates;
• Prepare contracts and agreements and oversee their application;
• Collect and/or transmit information or data necessary for the proper functioning of the administration;
• Participate in the organization and implementation of activities arising from the various internal committees such as Health and Safety;
• Collaborate in various projects promoting the attraction and engagement of staff members;
• Prepare the integration of new employees and contribute to the planning of training and development;
• Perform other related tasks as required.

EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly in human resources, industrial relationships, business administration, or a related field required.
