DJs Memetic, Zattar, Trevor Walker and Seiiizi will perform from the heart of Capsule, transforming the Gallery’s Water Court Foyer and Main Entrance into a dance floor.

TIMEKODE (TK) is an Ottawa/Gatineau-based event series and DJ crew celebrating all things funky, soulful and innovative, since 2005. Growing out of the local 2000s era of DIY club-night curators/party starters, TIMEKODE has become one of Ottawa/Gatineau’s most enduring music and dancing traditions. Through more than fifteen years of monthly and special events, TK has consistently broken new ground for what’s possible on the region's nightlife scene, by constantly expanding the musical horizons of the dance floor, hosting legendary guests, and pioneering new event spaces.
Equal parts mind and music, Memetic can be found both behind the scenes planning TIMEKODE’s next moves, and in front of the crowd as the host and longtime DJ of TIMEKODE. Memetic’s sets and productions are known for transporting listeners and dance floors through time and space, whether it’s the city-jumping TIMEKODE 10-inch vinyl series, or his renowned local bus route soundtrack RIDEAU2RICHMOND. Despite proudly repping Ottawa/Gatineau, over the years you may also have caught him connecting the dots from the Agile Rabbit in Brixton, rocking Studio Lam in Bangkok, broadcasting a guest spot on FM4 in Vienna, or opening for Barack Obama at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa.
Founder of the enterprise and stalwart of Technics 1200s, Zattar is a certified hometown hero and vinyl specialist. His turntable tastes and techniques have been hugely influential throughout the region, whether getting the party startedy at Disorganized in the early 2000s, commanding the TIMEKODE dancefloor for more than a decade, his TROPIKALO excursions, programming music for festivals, or his scintillating opening/guest spots at shows and events around Ottawa/Gatineau. During the pandemic, his residency at Parlour helped Ottawa keep the funk alive through dark times.
Trevor Walker is one of Canada's most respected and prolific DJs, and is one of the foundations of modern DJing in Ottawa/Gatineau. Rocking the region since the 1980s, his legendary runs on radio at CKCU-FM, residency of more than 20 years at the legendary Mercury Lounge, and myriad stages shared with some of the biggest names in music, have cemented his legacy as the DJ in Ottawa for eclectic dance floor experiences. His infectious productions have been released on labels around the world. He has also been one of TIMEKODE's most frequent guests, and a longtime partner in the crew's quest to keep it funky!
Seiiizi is one of Ottawa/Gatineau’s most exciting young talents. Although already a fixture on the dance floor at alternative music events around the city, in 2015 she publicly stepped behind the decks and started to lay down her own sounds. Since then, her reputation has grown year after year as one of the creatives to watch in Ottawa/Gatineau.
