“In what ways do you interact with other health professionals?”

My interaction with other health professionals works on many different levels.  We have several different health professionals in my private practice including a Sports Medicine physician, a Naturopath, other chiropractors and massage therapists.  My interaction includes:  interoffice conversations about specific patients, specific conditions, and general approaches to patient care and health care in general; brief clinic notes about progress of patients when conversation is unavailable; referral to health professionals outside the practice including family practice MD's, orthopedic surgeons, Sports Medicine practitioners, neurologists and other chiropractors as needed; and referral to other practitioners in the hope of getting other imaging including MRI, US, bloodwork, bonescans and CT
