The team at Will Davidson LLP that has taken up the fight against The Province of Ontario is led by Gary Will, Managing Partner with the assistance of Michael Reid, Senior Law Clerk and Charlene Lewin, Senior Law Clerk/Senior Licensed Paralegal.

Gary Will is the Managing Partner at Will Davidson LLP. He has been recognized as one of Canada’s premier legal experts in the practice of personal injury litigation and is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Civil Litigation. Gary has extensive experience in personal injury law, products liability, professional negligence, insurance, environmental, bad faith, and class action litigation and has appeared in all levels of the Ontario court system.

Michael Reid is a Senior Law Clerk with Will Davidson LLP and joined the firm in April 2018 after working for three prominent litigation firms over a span of 24 years.  Michael specializes in personal injury and class action  litigation. He has investigated, and provided recommendations and direction for all type of claims,. He has prepared numerous matters for trial and arbitration both for Plaintiffs and Defendants.  He is certified as an Expert in Civil Litigation by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Charlene Lewin is a Senior Law Clerk/Senior Licensed Paralegal with Will Davidson LLP.  Charlene has been working in the litigation field since 1988.  She holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from McMaster University, and an LLB from the University of London, London England. She completed the Law Office Management course at Ryerson University and the Mediation Certification at Durham College.  She has extensive experience in Small Claims Court and has appeared at various tribunals, including the LTB. She recently became a licensed private investigator after doing many projects in that field.
