Please ensure to bring the following items:

Bring all tax forms you have been sent (T4, T2202, T4A, T5, etc.)

SIN Number

MYCRA login info (if applicable)

Government Photo ID

Total rent paid for the year (if applicable)

Donation receipts (if applicable)

Medical receipts (if applicable)

Any/all other applicable credits/deductions (childcare, moving expenses, etc.)

If filing with a spouse ensure both attend the appointment if not possible either bring their slips or Net Income amount (estimate)
