Virtual Skilled Trades Expo Participation
The Skilled Trades Expo is a longstanding community partnership that sees over 3000 students try a trade and speak with industry mentors. In the spirit of that annual event, and the continuing work of Skilled Trades Promotion in Simcoe County, the expo committee is reaching out to your company for participation in this year’s initiative.

If you are interested in helping us promote the growth of skilled trades, please fill out this Google Form by Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Answers will be used to produce a ‘local and loud’ web-based scavenger hunt that students can complete remotely. The timing for this year’s initiative is the same as in past years, mid-May.  

We are sensitive to the challenges that this past year has had on local business, and our hope is simply to continue the conversation around the excellent Skilled Trades Career opportunities that are available in Simcoe County, in a format that is light and engaging.
