Yale Softball Academy Returning Athlete Form
If your student athlete is returning to the Yale Softball Academy and has not left Yale for second semester please fill out this form.  If you are out of catchment or out of district you will also have to fill out the specific form and send to sandra.matiuk@abbyschools.ca.  A reminder that student athletes will have to maintain a 73% average with good work habits in order to be accepted back into the academy.
