Jodi Brouillard | Vice President of User Experience and Service Delivery, Canada School of Public Service
Jodi is a seasoned government executive, with a passion for leading teams to deliver tangible, user-centric results, and a deep fascination for artificial intelligence. She possesses an extensive track record in operations transformation, with an ability to bring concepts and emerging technologies into day-to-day business processes.
As the current Vice President of User Experience and Service Delivery at the Canada School of Public Service, Jodi oversees national learning delivery across the Government of Canada, ensuring Public Servants are equipped to fulfill their roles effectively through available and accessible learning. This mandate encompasses the operations of learning centres across Canada, the delivery of an enterprise learning platform, integrated digital services, data analytics, and procurement, all underpinned with a focus on user experiences and client service.
Jodi thrives on inspiring and motivating teams to reach their full potential, with a strong commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and a culture of continuous improvement and talent development. She has a diverse background in service delivery, previously serving as the Chief Security Officer for the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Her corporate expertise also includes procurement, business continuity, linguistic services, and real property management.
She holds a ICD.D designation and is currently completing her MBA with Royal Roads University.
