Voting Instructions

• To access the online ballot, enter your Ballot Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then, hit enter or click on Login to enter the voting site.
  • Your Ballot Number is printed on the paper ballot you received by mail and/or in the email you received.
  • Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is printed on the paper ballot you received by mail and/or in the email you received.
• Online voting begins February 27, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends March 27, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
• Members in good standing who are 16 years old or older by Jan 1, 2023 are eligible to vote.
• It is important that you vote for exactly three candidates as dictated by the requirements of the Credit Union & Caisses Populaires Act. If you vote for any more or less candidates, your ballot will be disqualified.
• This election site is secure and has the same level of privacy and anonymity as if voting by mail.
• Election results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2023.
