D.E. Systems’ Event Registration System (ERS) is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by ERS will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be made, less a $75 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than October 28, 2021. No refunds will be given after October 28, 2021. Delegates may substitute an alternate attendee. The Planning Committee reserves the rights to cancel or move the conference should it become necessary. In this case, each registrant will be notified by telephone or email and a full refund will be given. Therefore it is important that you provide us with an email address or phone number
