Bazaar volunteering
Friday Nov. 17th 11am-5pm set up.
Friday Nov. 17th 5-8pm vendors arrive to set up (usually 1/2 of them).
Saturday Nov. 18th 7:30-8:30am vendors arrive.
Saturday Nov. 18th 9am-3pm Bazaar
Saturday Nov. 18th 3pm-5pm take down and hand out raffle and silent auction items.
2 days the following week Nov. 20th - 24th 6-8pm hand out raffle and silent auction items. (Days picked will be whatever 2 days we have 2 people available)
