Breathe & Believe Yoga - Session 3 - Thursdays
75-minute Deep Flow Yoga classes (Open to All Levels) in a beautiful, candle-lit Chapel.  
Classes will start and end with guided meditation, and will feature a slower, flowing pace and longer floor series with music.
Physical distancing and masking in effect while not on mat.
Participants will need to be 16+.
Led by Michelle Vosu of Breathe & Believe Yoga.

Thursdays, 6:15 to 7:45pm - May 5, 12, 19, and 26, and June 2, and 9
at Norval United Church, 14015 Danby Rd. Georgetown ON

6-week session (self-care investment): $100
