Step Above Stigma Chapters Application
We're super excited that you're interested in starting a chapter at your school! Please note: if accepted, you will serve as President/Co-President of the chapter and will be required to:
  • Ratify the chapter as a club or get approval from your school/school board
  • Set up an Instagram account
  • Recruit and hire a team
The first few months will be a significant amount of work but it will settle down once you hire your team (don't worry though, the SAS HQ team will be there to support you every step of the way!). We encourage you to apply with two other people to serve as co-presidents to ease the workload.

Step Above Stigma is an equal opportunity employer and will strive to accommodate any needs brought to our attention. New applicants will be viewed equally in terms of their application and interview.

Applicants will be contacted to discuss an interview date and time via email if selected to move on. We look forward to reading your application!

Equity Statement: Step Above Stigma (SAS) is committed to counteracting discrimination and developing a climate of equity that recognizes and respects the equal dignity and worth of all who seek to participate in the mission of the charity. As part of this effort, SAS operates on a “no experience necessary” policy and encourages all interested parties to apply. We welcome accommodation requests at any stage of the hiring process and invite you to contact our Chief Human Resource Officer, Jacob Shaddock, at hr@stepabovestigma.com to arrange them.
