This form is used to get prospective spring camp players information. The contact information will be used to keep those interested updated about events relevant to Spring Camp. There will be a formal meeting on May 10th where parents must attend to sign players up.

The dates for Spring camp are as follows:

May 30th & 31st: 4:30-7:30 (Current Gr. 9 Students only)

June 1st, 5-9th: 4:30-7:30

June 10th: 9am-11am & 1pm-3pm Blue/White Game (Emerald Hills)

Spring Camp comes with a fee of $100 dollars which provides the athlete with shorts, shirt and rental of all equipment necessary to participate (exception of cleats).
