The Program Subcommittee invites proposals for individual presentations as well as proposals for panel submissions. Presentations must be original and not have been delivered elsewhere. Submissions and presentations may be in either French or English.
Presentations may relate to the following aspects of the theme (though they need not be limited to them):
Taking stock: New seeds we are planting
What new programs or initiatives are we creating that shift the existing paradigms? How are we adapting existing programs to be more equitable, diverse, inclusive? innovation/disruption
Providing a fertile ground for change
How do we encourage each other to shift our mindsets and our approaches? How can we demonstrate the importance of change to others: administrators, faculty, students? How do we encourage and amplify diverse voices?
Trellises and tools
How do strategic frameworks and policies help guide change -- or hinder change? What tools or practices help enhance the profession of academic librarianship? Can we reimagine the way we train and support individuals in the profession?
