South Simcoe Police Courageous Kids Contest
The South Simcoe Police Service's motto is: Protect with Courage, Serve with Compassion.
South Simcoe Police Service is launching the Courageous Kids Contest to honour outstanding young citizens in our communities. If you know of a kid that has gone above and beyond – helped a neighbour in need, displayed random acts of kindness or just an all-round awesome young person - we want to hear about them. Two winners (one from each age category) will be randomly selected from the under 10 years of age group and 10-17 years of age group.
Fill out the form below for the child to be entered in the contest. Only ONE child per submission. If you would like to nominate other children (siblings), you will need to complete another form. Submissions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020.
Winners will be announced on South Simcoe Police social media platforms so stay tuned!
Prizes will be awarded thanks to the generosity of an anonymous citizen who gave us a donation! We decided to pay it forward to our outstanding kids.
Nominees must be a resident of Bradford West Gwillimbury or Innisfil to qualify and MUST be 17 years of age or under as of August 21, 2020. Only one entry per child.
Each prize is estimated at a value of $50. The prize is awarded as is, with no substitutions or cash value.
