Langley Community Services Society (LCSS) in partnership with Langley Human Dignity Coalition, is pleased to offer this workshop on: Racial Micro-Aggression: Is this existing in your workplace or everyday life? Thursday May 12, 2022 @ 10:00am - 11:30 am. Speaker: Alden Habacon, one of Canada's leading Diversity and Inclusion Strategist. This workshop will explore examples of how racial micro-aggressions manifest in the workplace, and everyday life, and why they prevent the fostering of a diverse and inclusive culture. The session will give participants the skills to recognize micro-aggressions, and practical ways to respond to them in the workplace and everyday life.
