Food and Drink:

• Attendees are welcome to bring outside food (lunches and/or snacks) if items are wrapped/sealed in a container to prevent any spilling.
• We are a water bottle free facility (do not sell bottles) but we do have water filling stations, so please encourage attendees to bring water bottles to fill.
• There will be a small canteen as an option during the game (cash only)

School Arrival Time:

• Please aim to arrive at the ARC between 10:15-10:45 am to ensure classes can be seated before the game starts at 11:00 am.

Halftime Game:

• We will be hosting a fun game for students to participate in at halftime.
• Schools can express interest in participating on registration.
  • Please note: We cannot guarantee that all students will be able to participate.

Additional Information:

• Queen’s University is a smoke-free campus. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the ARC
• Athletics & Recreation staff will have photographers at this event taking photos of game play with the stands in the background. No photos will be taken of students in the stands directly. The game will also be live streamed on OUA.TV.
• Please note: School Information Package will be sent out closer to the date of the game.
