Evolving Faith ‘Group Travel & Integration experience’ is a LeaderSHIFT and Pacific Mountain Ministry Personnel Support Team Partnership

The Evolving Faith conference is featuring our own Moderator, Rt. Rev. Dr. Carmen Lansdowne, as well as a diverse group of writers, pastors, podcasters, poets, storytellers, activists and community developers. The line up is wonderful. We are confident you will experience Evolving Faith nurtured, inspired, and with a deeper connection to and supportive relationship with your colleagues.

LeaderSHIFT and Pacific Mountain Regional Council’s Ministry Personally Support Team are partnering to make two experiences possible - one traveling in person to Minneapolis MN, and the other participating virtually in the Evolving Faith Online Conference Community. All ministry personnel in Pacific Mountain and Chinook Winds regional councils are welcome. If you’re not sure if you’re in the ministry personnel cohort, please be in touch with Michelle, LeaderSHIFT Interim Director, for more information.

Experiencing this year’s Evolving FAITH Conference as an intentional group of ministry personnel is an incredible and unique opportunity that will:

• Deepen spirituality – provide experience of nourishment, renewal and inspiration for weary ministry personnel leaders

• Develop supportive relationships between colleagues

At Evolving Faith conference - whether in person or online - we’ll join all kinds of seekers, questioners, and doubters in the journey of Evolving Faith.

An Investment in You

LeaderSHIFT is committed to getting as many ministry personnel from Chinook Winds Pacific Mountain regional councils to EvolvingFAITH Conference in person, as possible! Here’s how it works:

• Interested participants contact LeaderSHIFT Interim Director, Rev. Michelle Slater, to sign up.

• LeaderSHIFT confirms your participation, and pays upfront and in full your $239USD Evolving Faith conference registration fee. Done and done! Participants are not responsible for the Conference fee.

• Participants then book and and pay for their travel to the conference and accommodation in Minneapolis.

• After the conference ends, LeaderSHIFT will reimburse each The Group Experience participant up to $500 as a travel subsidy (or actual travel cost, which ever is less) and $125 as an accommodation subsidy (or actual accommodation cost, which ever is less).

  • Receipts are required!

  • Subsidies will only be provided to those who attended EvolvingFAITH in person.

  • If, for some reason, you can no longer attend in person and decide to participate online, any travel or hotel costs you incurred will not be covered by LeaderSHIFT’s subsidy program.

Accommodation

• Participants will stay together at the Doubletree by Hilton in Minneapolis (participants are responsible for booking their own room). Rev. Michelle has the booking code for confirmed participants.

Travel

• All participants are responsible for arranging for their own travel from their starting location; see the airline discount link on www.evolvingfaith.com/conference. Rev. Michelle has the airline discount code for confirmed participants.
