About this event

Art has the capability to change your perspective and mood and can contribute to overall health. Virtual Creative time allows participants to take a moment from your week and do your own personal art activity but be able to connect with others. Your art activity can be a craft you’re currently working or want to work on, colouring, drawing, journaling or writing. Participants can also choose to complete the weekly art activity that is instructor lead utilizing whatever art supplies you have on hand. You do not need to be an artist or crafter to participate in this session. No experience is necessary. VCT is a great opportunity to explore you own creative side.

This is a virtual event held through Zoom. To receive the Zoom link, please register for this event via this Eventbrite link.

The Art of Online Etiquette:

• This is a judgement-free zone. Instead, let’s share kindness. If you choose to share comments, positive and supportive comments to other fellow crafters are welcome!

• Respect the virtual environment - turning off your microphone when you are not speaking helps with managing the bandwidth we all share and allows more people to virtually connect.

• Self-care - this is your time. There is no expectation to create any “art”, share your work with others, or say anything if you choose not to!
