Donors with connections to private health facilities have given at least $34,033 to the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario since Premier Doug Ford was elected in 2018.

The donations come as Ford is privatizing parts of Ontario’s healthcare system, changing regulations to allow more surgeries in for-profit clinics and handing out licences to private companies for medical procedures.
