    1. Go to the reservation service website and click Sign in in the top right of your screen
    2. On the login page, select create an account. All campers must create a new account for 2021
    3. On the create a new account page, enter your email address and click next. 
    4. Create your password and enter your details (name, contact info, and address). 
    5. When you have filled in all required fields, click create account at the bottom of the page.
    6. Once you have successfully set up your account, you will be on the My Account page. 
    7. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been created. If you do not see the email, please check your junk mail. 

    How to create a new account on the reservation website (download instructions)

    Eleven provincial camping parks offer group camping. 
    Group - minimum of 12 people. Permit holder is responsible for the safety and supervision of the group.

    We consider the following when reviewing group applications: 

    • availability of the group area 
    • size of the group
    • ability of the site to handle the group’s camping equipment
    • vehicle parking 
    • potential use conflicts with other groups

    The size and layout of each group campsite is different and can accommodate different sizes of groups/number of tents.
    Restrictions may be placed on the number of people or cars allowed on a group campsite. 

    The consumption of alcohol or cannabis is not permitted in designated group camping areas.

    You can complete multiple transactions in one session.

    Up to three reservations can be paid for in one transaction (each reservation in the cart is charged a booking fee).

    If you have more then three reservations to make, you can continue to add to your cart after you have paid for the first transaction.  

    Reservations in your cart are held until each booking has been completed (paid). 

    If you log out, close your browser, or your session is inactive for more than 15 minutes you will lose your unpaid bookings. 

    Cancelling your reservation:

    If you cancel before 2 pm on the date of the reservation you are given a full refund (minus the booking fee and cancellation fee).

    You can cancel your reservation by logging into your online account or calling 1 888 544 3434  
    There is a $7.00 fee for cancelling your reservation, and the $9.00 reservation fee paid when you originally booked is non-refundable.

    Changing your reservation details:

    At full service parks If you would like to make a change to your reservation after you have arrived, please stop at the Park Office. Park Offices prefer to provide service to campers using the drive-up window where possible. Public access to Park Offices will be limited to allow one visitor inside at a time.

    At self registration parks, if you need to make a change to an existing reservation, please use your own mobile device (phone or tablet) to access the reservation service by phone or online. Access your online account or call 1 888 544 3434. 

    There is a $7.00 fee for changing your reservation.

    At full serve parks, wood and ice purchases can be made at the park office using credit, debit, or cash.  

    If you have a reservation:

    • Check-in at the Administration Building.
    • At check-in, you will be asked to provide the names of those in your camping party and vehicle information. 
    • This information is needed for security and emergency purposes.

    If you don’t have a reservation:

    • Stop at the Administration Building to make a reservation on-site. 
    • You will be asked to provide the names of those in your camping party and vehicle information. 
    • This information is needed for security and emergency purposes.

    Arriving after hours:

    If the gate is open:

    • Enter and set up on a vacant site
    • Register at 9 am when the Administration Building opens
    • If you arrive after midnight, you can camp on a site for one night.
      • One night because the site you choose may be on reserve for future nights.

    If the gate is locked:

    • Camp in the parking lot overnight
    • Register at 9 am when the Administration Building opens

    Please bring your campsite reservation confirmation with you (electronic or print). Your campsite reservation confirmation acts as your campsite permit.

    Wood and Ice - Limited hours of availability please check posted times at the park.

    To purchase wood and ice at self registration parks, use the payment envelope (cash only) at the Registration Kiosk and deposit it in the Drop Box. 

    If you need to make changes or cancellations to current bookings or wish to manage future reservations, you will need to use the Yellow Phone.

    If you have a reservation:

    • Go directly to your campsite.
    • If you need a gate passcode, use the yellow phone at the kiosk.  The passcode is found in your confirmation email.
    • At Porters Lake and The Islands you must arrive before the staff leave at 11:00 pm in order to enter the park.

    If you don’t have a reservation:

    • Select a registration envelope and use the yellow phone to connect with the call centre (9am to 11pm).
    • They will tell you which sites are available and how to complete the envelope, including how much you owe for camping fees.
    • Credit card payments will be taken over the phone by the call centre agent.
    • If you are paying with cash/cheque place it in the envelope, remember to seal the envelope. 
    • Deposit the envelope in the Drop Box. 

    Please Note:

    • Park staff or campground hosts cannot accept payments or make change.
    • The park administration building is closed.
    • Debit cards & pre-paid credit cards are not accepted.
    • No cash is kept on site.
    • No reservation fee is charged when using the yellow phone to register for a stay at the park or to extend your current stay.
    • The reservation fee will be applied if using the yellow phone to make a future reservation at the park.
