Registration now open for SPEAQ's 50th Annnual Convention!  
         Please read the following information before registering. 


Registration to the convention, both in-person & online, includes access to convention recordings after the convention (recordings available for playback for a limited time to registered participants only).
Registration also includes a 1-year SPEAQ membership - a separate membership payment is NOT required.

When filling out this form, be sure to enter your email correctly as this will be the primary means of communication for SPEAQ convention notifications and where all documentation (ticket and receipt) will be sent . 

If you sent a proposal to present at SPEAQ, we ask that you hold off on filling out the registration form until you hear from the convention committee. 

REGISTRATION FEES BY CATEGORY




1st and 2nd presenters are asked to complete the registration form only once presenters are confirmed and have received an invitation to their Speaker Portal.
(1st and 2nd presenters receive a free registration to the convention. Only the membership payment is required.)


PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Credit Card is the preferred method of payment (using Stripe, secured credit card payment platform).
  • Cheque payments are possible; however, cheques must be mailed to the SPEAQ office and received no later than November 12, 2022.
  • Registration will only be validated upon receipt of cheque.  


CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION TRANSFERS:

  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than November 10, 2022 and emailed to speaqform@gmail.com
  • Canceled registrations incur a non-refundable administrative fee ($25 - $45)
  • Membership dues ($20 regular or $10 student/retiree, plus taxes) are non-refundable
  • Reimbursements cannot be issued for any cancellation requests received after November 10, 2022
  • Registration transfers are possible. There is no penalty for a transfer of registration where possible. Transfer requests must be received in writing, no later than November 10, 2022 and sent to speaqform@gmail.com.
