BC Bird Trail

Beautiful looking app with a lot of potential. However it feels quite limiting to not be able to just record seeing a bird wherever I am or to have just a rudementary bird ID built into the app. Feels more like a trail app than a birding app right now. And if people can only use an app in very specific situations then they just won't use it at all. Also the business showing up under "experiences" just feels strange and irrelevant. If you can't check in then whats the purpose? Hope for the best!

I was expecting an app that would help identify birds in a specific place or keep track of birds that I had seen in various areas. Instead, it seemed to be an app (mostly) advertising for local businesses. In itself not bad, but not what I was looking for. To be fair, there were a few mentions of local birdwatching spots, but they were not the majority in my area.
