My place of work just installed 2 cabins. The app to use it is not user friendly at all. It gives you all of the times when you can reserve a cabin, without telling you whether someone already reserved it. So you have to go through the whole reservation process, then you get a frowny face saying this time isn't available (then why offer it to me??) And you're kind of stuck on this page, no option of "click here to try again". So yeah. Hate the app.

Since the update, the app is constantly loading something .... And never works. It was better before the update

Cabin is wonderful. Booking the cabin is a nightmare. The times already booked are not blocked and should be .We have to go through the process each time picking different timeslots, only to get an unhappy face saying taken. It's very time consuming and irritating. Also, when someone doesn't show up...the timeslot still remains taken and cabin goes unused😥
