For anyone reaching out for mental health help for the first time, I do not recommend this app. Clicking on 'Book a counselor' will take you to a booking agent through a chat. They are not trained to deal with distressed individuals. I asked the booking agent to give me a minute, she waited 3 minutes, then typed "You may be busy but I have other clients to speak to" and left the chat. This negative experience led to my anxiety attack shortly afterwards. Call the 1-833 to book an appt instead.

Poor quality service, had the counsellor say hope you have lonely day. Too many automated services. The last thing I want when seeking help is an automated service to seemingly devalue my worth.
