The inquest into the death of Ella Roberta Adoo Kissi-Debrah on 15/02/2013 is to be held before Deputy Coroner Philip Barlow at 160 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QH from Monday 30th November to 11th December 2020.  The venue is chosen in order to comply with government regulations during the pandemic. Members of the public and media representatives may attend the inquest remotely, using Microsoft Teams, but should note that it is a criminal offence to record the proceedings. If you plan to attend remotely it is suggested that you consult the witness list (pdf, 87kb) (Updated: 10th December 2020) (Subject to change) to decide which days you would like to hear the evidence. Please send your request to CoronersClerk.Enquiries@southwark.gov.uk

There will be very limited capacity for a small handful of media representatives and members of the public to attend the inquest and watch it by audio-visual link in a designated room in the Tooley Street premises. If you wish to do so, please make an application expressing your interest and the days you wish to attend to CoronersClerk.Enquiries@southwark.gov.uk. The, court regrets that inevitably in the difficult circumstances of the pandemic, if there is much public interest, very few people will be able to be admitted. Those people who are selected to attend will be notified and issued with a day pass. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IN PERSON UNLESS YOU HAVE SECURED A CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE.

UPDATE: The Coroner's conclusions will be heard on Wednesday 16th December at 11AM. The Press room at 160 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QH will show a live stream of the hearing.
