Your Bargaining Team would like to invite you to witness negotiations in action as a silent observer. We call this “open bargaining.” You’ll be in the room and have a chance to see and hear how the process plays out. You’ll be able to see your team in action, fighting for the demands you’ve raised and see the employer in action. You won’t be participating in the negotiations; you’ll be a guest and observer.  

Rules:
-You must abide by the PSAC Anti-Harassment Policy
-You must be off-duty from the Casino
-You must display no emotion and maintain a poker face while the employer is in the room
-You must remain silent when the employer is in the room
-You cannot disrupt negotiations in any way
-You cannot use electronics, film, or record the sessions

Space is strictly limited. Currently, there is space for a few observers at any one time. Sessions are available for the morning or afternoon. We’ll confirm locations when we confirm your request. (Evening times are not hard-finishes, so we estimate they will be done by evening but have no guarantees.)
