Raine Stephen LeMay

Raine LeMay is an emerging independent filmmaker from Vancouver BC, with a background in illustration, sculpting, and animation. A graduate of Capilano University’s Motion Picture Arts program, Raine has earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts and continues to engage with the study and practice of film language and theory as a Director, Writer, and Production Designer. His recent work as a director and writer includes Viper (2021), which was officially nominated for a 2022 Leo Award and premiered at the Reelworld Film Festival in Toronto this October. As a production designer, he worked on Darkside (2021) which received an Audience Choice Award at the 2022 NFFTY film festival and Best Student Production at the 2022 Leo Awards.
