Public Health Mobile Unit

COVID-19

Public Health Mobile Unit (PHMU) brings important health services to communities across the province. There are two streams of PHMU clinics, those offering COVID-19 and influenza testing and those offering COVID-19 and influenza immunization, alongside our partners on the Public Health outreach immunization team. NEW: Some PHMU clinics are now offering measles immunization. You can find out about measles vaccine eligibility here on the Measles information page.

Mobile public health unit

PHMU COVID-19 and influenza testing clinics provide PCR testing, give out rapid test kits, and help people find answers to their questions about COVID-19. People are welcome to drop in to PHMU clinics with or without an appointment. You can book an appointment online, or call 1-833-797-7772.

Please complete the Report and Support form if you are booking a PCR test, waiting for your PCR results or have a positive COVID-19 rapid test. You can also complete the form by calling 1-833-797-7772.

COVID-19 and influenza immunization clinics offer COVID-19 and influenza vaccines. Appointments may be booked, drop-in only, or a combination of both. Please see specific location details for more information.

Vaccines and testing are free and available to all ages that meet eligibility requirements.
Please bring your health card with you, if you have one.
You may have to wait in line outside; please dress accordingly.
Clinics may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Immunization and testing clinics are healthcare environments.
Masks are required and will be offered upon entry to the clinic.
