Cost: $25, $30 or $35 sliding scale (includes one meal and one massage) — Email us if the price represents a barrier – no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

… Or maybe you’re not so enthused about doing your taxes? Join us at the Tax Spa and we’ll get through it together! Take a DIY approach to filing with an expert by your side to encourage and support you.
Lauren Semeschuk, mentor for this spa, will be present to help you navigate the online platform for tax filing and resolve your sticky questions.
Please come ready with:
- Receipts categorized in a spreadsheet. Don’t forget your medical expenses!
- All applicable items from the checklist that you have received for 2022 – including all Notices of Assessment from both CRA and RQ.
- Complete copy of what was filed for your last year’s tax returns (PDF).
- Tax Software downloaded and looked at/started – U-file or other.

PRO WORKSHOP
Dance as Invocation
April 22nd to 26th, 2024– 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Mon.-Fri.)
Full week rate: $85
Drop-in class rate: $25 — Only on Monday and/or Tuesday
Language of instruction: English and French
Questions can also be asked in: French and English.
This workshop is about practising dancing and writing as forms of invocation. Let’s say that “invocation” means to summon what is not visible, to make it appear, to make it felt.
We will explore gesture, somatic cues, and language as tools for embodied translation. By gathering information, experiences, and sensations, we aim to create associations that inform outward expression. In this way, we can attempt to communicate the inarticulable by queering meaning.
Be ready to dig in!
