Session Formats - Our 2021 conference will feature a variety of session formats, each between 60 minutes and 75 minutes in duration. Please select the session format(s) that suit your proposed topic. We will do our best to prioritize your preferred session format; however, we may select you for an alternate session format to construct a balanced agenda.
Keynote Speakers: Full conference attendee participation (approximately 250 attendees.)  Topics should address a variety of learning levels (beginners in the field of Total Rewards through Total Rewards Executives) and cover a topic that is applicable to a broad audience.  

Breakout Session Speakers: Conference attendee participation will range between 25 and 75.  Topics can be narrowly tailored to a specific audience or Total Rewards topic.

Speaker proposals should include original content that is created specifically for this conference and should not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Please attempt to reference the conference theme, Roaring into the 20s: A New Era for Total Rewards, in your presentation title and/or content.

Session proposals that are deemed to be primarily advertisements of commercial products and services will not be considered.

Use accessible presentation tools and visuals that adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here are two tools to assist you:

In lieu of compensation, accepted speakers will receive complimentary admission to the entire event.

Speakers are responsible for all conference-related expenses.

Accepted speakers are expected to provide the planning committee with ample notice if you are unable to fulfill your commitment as a speaker. We may request your assistance in finding a suitable replacement.

We may use your likeness to promote the event and your role as a speaker in marketing and communication materials.

We may record speaker sessions to use in future marketing and educational material.

We’d really hate to have to cancel the event or your role as a speaker at our event, but should any changes to our plans arise, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
