Speaker proposals should include original content that is created specifically for this conference and should not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Please attempt to reference the conference theme, Roaring into the 20s: A New Era for Total Rewards, in your presentation title and/or content.
Session proposals that are deemed to be primarily advertisements of commercial products and services will not be considered.
Use accessible presentation tools and visuals that adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here are two tools to assist you:

In lieu of compensation, accepted speakers will receive complimentary admission to the entire event.
Speakers are responsible for all conference-related expenses.
Accepted speakers are expected to provide the planning committee with ample notice if you are unable to fulfill your commitment as a speaker. We may request your assistance in finding a suitable replacement.
We may use your likeness to promote the event and your role as a speaker in marketing and communication materials.
We may record speaker sessions to use in future marketing and educational material.
We’d really hate to have to cancel the event or your role as a speaker at our event, but should any changes to our plans arise, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
